Complaints Policy

Wellworx has a complaints resolution process which aims to address any dissatisfaction you may have.

Complaints should be submitted in writing to complaints@wellworx.co.za, or by calling 0860 732 524 to speak with a senior team member.

We will then:

  1. Request supporting documentation if needed
  2. Record your complaint in the Wellworx Complaints Register
  3. Investigate and address your concerns in a timely and fair manner
  4. Inform you of the outcome within the agreed timeframe

If the issue isn’t resolved to your satisfaction, we’ll let you know about your right to reach out to the following statutory bodies:

We will maintain a record of complaints received for a period of 5 years, together with an indication of whether or not such complaints were resolved.
